Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service, accessing our website, or engaging with BoldStep in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BoldStep S.A., a company registered in Belgium with registration number 4477855216.

Service Description

BoldStep provides stress relief and relaxation services, including but not limited to:

• Mindfulness and meditation training
• Relaxation therapy sessions
• Wellness coaching programmes
• Sleep optimisation guidance
• Group wellness sessions and workshops
• Educational resources and materials

Our services are designed for stress management and general wellbeing purposes. They are not intended as medical treatment or therapy for specific medical conditions.

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations
• Respect other clients and our staff members
• Follow safety guidelines and instructions provided during sessions
• Inform us of any health conditions that may affect your participation
• Pay for services as agreed upon booking
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants in group sessions

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Disrupt or interfere with other clients' experiences
• Record or photograph sessions without explicit permission
• Share confidential information about other participants
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Attempt to provide wellness services to other clients

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Procedures

Services must be booked in advance through our approved booking channels. Booking confirmations will be sent via email and constitute acceptance of these Terms.

Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% charge may apply
• No-shows: Full session fee applies
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

Health and Safety

Our services are designed for healthy individuals seeking stress relief and relaxation. By participating, you confirm that:

• You are in good health and able to participate safely
• You have disclosed any relevant health conditions or concerns
• You understand that our services are not medical treatment
• You will seek appropriate medical advice for health concerns
• You participate at your own risk and within your physical capabilities

If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are under medical care, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in our services.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, techniques, and intellectual property related to BoldStep services are owned by or licensed to BoldStep S.A. This includes but is not limited to:

• Website content, design, and functionality
• Educational materials and resources
• Proprietary wellness techniques and programmes
• Audio recordings and guided sessions
• Trademarks, logos, and branding

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Personal use of provided materials for your own wellness practice is permitted.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You agree that information shared during sessions is confidential and should not be disclosed to others.

For group sessions, all participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' personal information and experiences shared during the session.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Belgian law, BoldStep S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our stress relief services, as individual results may vary. Our services are provided on an "as is" basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoldStep S.A., its employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your relationship with BoldStep at any time by ceasing to use our services. Outstanding payments for services already provided remain due.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on our website
• Sending email notifications for significant changes
• Providing notice during your next service appointment

Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
